Situation

Tanussha, Jeys and Ain is doing their work at office.

Ain: Jeys, did you was the company check which was on my table?

Jeys: I don’t know and I didn’t see it.

Ain & Jeys: Fighting (recording CCTV)

Situation

Fatin is looking at Ain & Jeys is fighting in the office during working hours. She went into her room immediaty. Fatin calling Ain & Jeys don’t respond. So, she call Tanussha and inform.

Fatin: Hello, can you ask Jeys & Ain meet me immediately in my room.

Tanussha: Ok miss. Ain & Jeys, Miss Fatin ask you both to go HR room right now.

Jeys & Ain: Can I come in miss?

Fatin: Yes, come in! Sit down. What was the problem happening just now?

Ain: The cheque on my table is missing.

Jeys: Ain pointing at me. I didn’t take the cheque.

Ain: I accuse Jeys because he was beside my place when I was writing the cheque.

Jeys & Ain: (Arguing)

Fatin: Stop fighting and do work now. I’ll discuss with Chairman Miss Ainah and come back to you.

Fatin: Miss can I come in?

Ainah: Yes you may come in have sit. What is your problem?

Situation

Fatin is explain the issue to chairman and her what to do next. After some discussion Ainah & Fatin come to a decision.

Ainah: After DI procedures have been done. You refer to me with the result. I’ll tell you the next steps.

Fatin: Ok miss. Thank you.

Fatin when to her place and called Jeys and Ain.

Fatin: Ain & Jeys I have called to inform be prepared for you DI tomorrow.

Ain & Jeys: Ok miss. We will be ready.

Fatin start her investigation with Ain & Jeys. Fatin calls Ain for the investigation.

Fatin: Ain can you come to meeting room for DI.

Ain: Ok miss. I’m coming now.

Fatin: Where is do you place the cheque?

Ain: On my place

Fatin: What cheque is that?

Ain: Bills for payment

Fatin: Who was beside you?

Ain : Jeys & Tanussha

Fatin: When you wrote the cheque?

Ain: Yesterday

Fatin: How do you think take the cheque?

Ain: Jeys

Fatin: You may go to your place.

Situation

Fatin calls Jeys for next investigation and jeys go for his investigation.

Fatin: Q & A with Jeys

Fatin: Where is do you think she place the cheque?

Jeys: I didn’t see the cheque

Fatin: What cheque is that?

Jeys: I don’t know

Fatin: Who was beside her when she wrote it?

Jeys: Ain& Tanussha

Fatin: When she wrote the cheque?

Jeys: I don’t know

Fatin: How do you think take the cheque?

Jeys: Tanussha

Situation

Fatin is done with the investigation from the investigation she get to know Tanussha might take the cheque and she suspect was Tanussha. Fatin do the investigation Fatin get to know accuse. Fatin went to discuss more about the case with Ainah. Ainah & Fatin is looking at CCTV footage to more evidence. After that, they get to know the suspect was Tanussha after all the evidence.

Fatin: Miss what is the punishment you want to give Tanussha.

Ainah: I want you to suspend Tanussha 1 month and deducate her half salary.

Fatin: Okay. I will proceed with it.

Situation

Fatin and Tanussha is at meeting room. Dicuss about the punishment.

Fatin: I want to brief you after the investigation  we get know you are the suspect and we have decided to suspend you for a month and decucate your half salary.

Tanussha: Ok miss. I admit my mistake. I know suspension is a punishment.

Fatin: According Employment Act, 1995, you have been suspended for punishment. This is not misconduct without wages not more than a week. It is difference in your case. Suspension for inquiry procedure is not same.

Tanussha: Ok miss. Is this a serious punishment?

Fatin: This punishment is much more serious as it involves in loss of wages and future prospects.

Tanussha: Ok miss.     

Situation

Tanussha decide to appeal this case with her higher authority.

Tanussha: Miss, I know my mistake I’m not happy with suspend for my half month salary because I have a lot commitment in personal life. Please be consider with my appeal.

Ainah: I will reviewed the punishment with Board of Directions.

Situation

From the reviewed of Board of Directions. They have been continue with final decision. Ainah calls Tanussha to discuss the final decision.

Ainah: We have decide to cut the salary for one week and I hope you don’t continue with this mistake.

Tanussha: Ok miss. I’m sorry.
